About the Role: Territory Sales Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team in Orillia, Ontario. This role is ideal for someone well-connected with small and medium-sized construction, landscaping, and snow removal businesses in Orillia and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and rental of new and used construction equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through in-person visits.
- Create sales plans and marketing strategies to drive growth in the territory.
- Provide monthly and yearly sales forecasts and gather market intelligence on trends and pricing.
- Conduct equipment appraisals and manage trade-ins.
- Facilitate smooth sales transactions and assist with equipment deliveries.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with account receivable collections and submit regular sales reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Three to five years of sales experience in construction or utility equipment with well-known brands.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable traveling as needed (valid driver’s license and passport required).
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Understanding of construction equipment and industry trends.
