Temp Spa Manager – Lake District

We are seeking a Temporary Spa Manager to join our team in the breathtaking Lake District. The Role:

• Full-time hours
• Minimum commitment of 4 weeks, with the possibility of an extended placement
• Immediate start

• Knowledge of Prem Spa booking system and Temple Spa products preferred but not essential
• While treatments are not required, the ideal candidate would be able to assist if necessary

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for all guests
• Managing spa staff, schedules, and ensuring high standards of professionalism and service
• Handling bookings, guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer journey
• Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards in all spa facilities

• A strong background in spa management or supervisory roles within a luxury spa or wellness environment
• Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills
