Job description
Swann Clinic for Behavioral Health

Swann Clinic for Behavioral Health is a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) multidisciplinary, early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI) program on the western slope of Colorado. We are looking for leaders in the field of ABA who share our core values to join our team in providing individualized treatment, based on best practice to empower our communities. We currently have five clinics in western Colorado. We believe in holistic and integrated care, as well as work life balance. Our hourly wage (we offer hourly wage as opposed to salary) supports the work-life balance we seek to promote in our environment. We have amazing team members that are eager and want to learn. We dedicate additional hours for training and have support team members to help with skill development. Ours is an energetic and cohesive team that seeks to build others up while promoting higher education and safe environments for children. Swann Clinic was founded by a psychologist with a strong appreciation for ABA therapy. We strove to create a clinic with a holistic and family-oriented approach that works with learners to build core skills in the best environment possible. We seek to empower each other as diverse individuals and encourage our clinicians in their future learning endeavors. This is an environment of cohesion, respect, mentorship, and learning.

Swann Clinic provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with various ability levels, ages 2-6. Ours is a nurturing and cheerful center-based environment where learners thrive.
