7. Conduct sales transactions
8. Prepare and administer sales contracts
9. Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
10. Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs
11. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
12. Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services
13. Provide customer service
14. Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
