Roles & Responsibilities Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our team and support our training and placement services by engaging with potential students and clients over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals to explain our training programs and internship/job opportunities.
  
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about SAP, IT courses, and placement support services.
  
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and update the lead database regularly.
  
• Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  
• Coordinate with the counselling team to schedule demo sessions and free counselling calls.
  
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to lead conversions.
  
• Handle queries in a professional and polite manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  
• Collect feedback from students and maintain relationships with enrolled candidates.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  
• Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Email, CRM tools).
  
• Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer service is a plus.
  
• Freshers with good communication and confidence are also welcome to apply.
