Our client is looking for a Technology Project Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on weekly tasks list prepared by the PM in line with the project plan.
- Set-up project meetings by liaising with key resources and record meeting minutes.
- Assist the PM in coordinating project activities and resources.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and reports.
- Use project management tools and/or Excel to monitor working hours, budget, plans and resources.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and all other teams.
- Responsively and effectively identify issues and report them to the PM.
What you have:
- Minimum 3 years of successfully coordinating or managing IT projects.
- Recognized degree or certificate in Business Administration, Computer Science or MIS.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience in updating project plans, risk assessments, contingency planning, tracking and management of project progress, and tracking issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to learn applications quickly.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and driven to succeed.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience working in SaaS implementation projects.
- Experience working for public or non-profit agencies is an asset.
