Make an impact with our Technology – Solution Delivery team as a Technology Product Manager. As a technology product manager, you’ll lead a team of product specialists who drive change and successful outcomes while ensuring activities remain on track, on scope and within budget.

Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you’ll be expected to perform in three key areas:
Product Discovery:
- Act to bridge the gap between business and technology, working with stakeholders, developers, UX, business analysts, QA professionals and MNP Leaders to translate the needs of the business and userbase into technology solutions
- Work with UX Design and Development teams to generate novel technology solutions to capitalize on business opportunities and solve problems
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data about the use of the product, then communicate that data to the business and your team to support decisions on the direction and feature set of your product
- Develop business acumen that informs the value delivery for the product, and consistently evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement of applications
Product Definition:
- Engage with various internal development teams including UX, business analysts and development leaders to refine feature ideas by developing designs and prototypes, ensuring accurate documentation and to understand technical constraints and the adjustments needed
- Clearly define user stories that can be developed, tested, and accomplish the desired outcomes for each feature
- Create communication materials and lead meetings to develop shared understanding of upcoming feature sets and help develop a training strategy and materials for users
- Identify and work with vendors of third-party software on product integrations that drive value for the product
Product Delivery:
- Guide your development team in creating features that accomplish the desired outcomes, establishing product direction and purpose, and making day-to-day decisions on scope, functionality, and user experience
- Lead the creation of the long-term roadmap for one or more software products and manage day-to-day aspects of sprint ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective, and daily stand ups
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Ensure high adoption rates of new features by working with internal Change Managers to proactively communicate upcoming changes and develop rollout strategies
- Follow-up with users post-release for feedback on newly developed features or changes, and ensure lessons learned and feedback are considered
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of Agile Product Management experience in a technology-focused role
- Working knowledge of development management software such as Atlassian or Microsoft DevOps
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Previous experience leading product management for large scale ERP systems
- Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skill
