Major Responsibilities:
- Downstream Production Oversight: Review and ensure the accuracy of BPRs, SOPs, logbooks, and monitoring charts according to GMP guidelines, and train staff on cGMP, HSE, and SOP requirements.
- Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Compliance: Wear appropriate PPE, drive HSE culture, escalate hazards, and participate in HSE checks and inspections.
- Purification and Sterile Filtration: Operate centrifuges, column chromatography, ultrafiltration units, and perform sterile filtration of CP antigens, ensuring aseptic techniques and inspection readiness.
- Data Administration: Complete SAP transactions, Pharm Net Web activities, and enter production data accurately and timely.
- Process Improvement: Assist with facility, equipment, and process improvements, including documentation and change control, and participate in IQ, OQ, and PQ for new equipment.
- Trending and Analysis: Prepare trending reports, perform SPC data analysis, and assist with corrective actions, CCR, and CAPA as needed.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a tidy production area following 5S guidelines, ensure cleanliness in office and loading dock areas, and supply air locks with gowning materials.
About You:
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of a 3-year College Diploma in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields.
- At least 18 months of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques, microbiology, and cGMP/cGLP practices.
- Proficient in setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and cleaning machinery according to SOPs.
- Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and adhere to SOPs and training.
- Basic computer proficiency with accurate and timely data entry capabilities.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biology, or related sciences.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Hours Of Work - Flexibility to work in any of the below shifts is a MUST:
- Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm / Tuesday to Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm / Sunday to Wednesday 8:00am to 6:00pm
