Job Summary
We are looking for a Techno-Functional SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions for Utilities Customers. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills and functional knowledge to effectively support business processes and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions and Instance as Green Field to meet business requirements.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP Service Cloud V2 applications, including workflows, reports, business rules, extensions, integrations, KUT fields, and custom objects.
- Integration: Integrate SAP Service Cloud V2 with other systems and third-party applications.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Service Cloud V2 applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Security: Ensure the security and compliance of SAP Service Cloud V2 applications.
MUST Have: Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Utilities Industry.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Service Cloud V2 and/or very strong green field implementation experience of prior version of C4C.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
- Functional Knowledge: Understanding of customer service processes of Utilities companies and best practices.
- Certifications: SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Service Cloud V2 are preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud).
- Knowledge of integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
