Technicien entrepôt

Groupe Robert is currently looking for a Warehouse Technician for its Boucherville terminal. In collaboration with the supervisor, the technician coordinates work and provides support to order pickers and forklift operators. Ensures that operating procedures are respected and followed. Follows up with customers, carriers and other Groupe Robert departments.

SUMMER JOB - We are open to students and graduates.

Summer schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Possibility of continuing after the summer on a part-time basis.

Travel required to other distribution centers such as St-Bruno and Rougemont.

Starting date: May 6, 2025.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Responsible for greeting truck drivers and completing the necessary documentation.
• Manage appointments for drivers according to door assignments and priorities.
• Ensure communications and satisfaction with external and internal customers in the sector.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep up to date the various tables (KPI / invoicing).
• All other related tasks.

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• 0 - 2 years minimum experience in a similar position.
• Valid driving license.
• Functional English (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Team player.
