Position Description

We are currently seeking motivated, hardworking individuals for our Technician role in our Timmins location.

Position Responsibilities

• Operates associated equipment in a safe, responsible, and professional manner
• Follow and comply with all government legislation and company policies and procedures
• Participate in all hazard assessments and inspections prior to commencing any job
• Ensure proper load of any hoses, chemicals, or other equipment in a secure manner
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment
• Industrial cleaning of non-hazardous and hazardous wastes
• Working in tight or confined space
• Working at elevated heights
• Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

• Valid Class G Ontario license with a clean driver's abstract
• Experience working in an industrial setting will be considered an asset
• Must be able to pass all required training, background check, and drug & alcohol testing
• Confined Space Entry, WHIMIS, Working at Heights will be considered an asset
• Experience working with Vacuum Trucks, Industrial Power-Washing or Liquid Waste Industry will be considered an asset
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Problem solving capabilities
