We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist - MS Teams to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with MS Teams voice configurations, including voice routing policies, dial plan configurations, Auto Attendant and Call Queue setups, and PowerShell scripting. This role requires hands-on project experience with MS Teams and familiarity with Poly and Poly Lens endpoint management.

Position Title: Technical Support-Microsoft Teams
Location: Remote Canada or US
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project engagements, including installations, configurations, and migrations.
  • Configure and manage MS Teams voice routing policies and dial plans.
  • Set up and maintain Auto Attendants and Call Queues in MS Teams.
  • Execute and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts as provided.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement MS Teams voice solutions.
  • Manage and integrate Poly devices with MS Teams.
  • Utilize Poly Lens for endpoint management within MS Teams environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, or VOIP/UC environments.
  • Proven experience with MS Teams voice configurations.
  • Strong understanding of voice routing policies and dial plan configurations.
  • Proficiency in setting up Auto Attendants and Call Queues.
  • Ability to run and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts.
  • Hands-on project experience with MS Teams voice solutions.
  • Familiarity with Poly devices and their integration with MS Teams.
  • Experience with Poly Lens for endpoint management.
