Role Description:
Our Global Tech Philanthropy program provides opportunities for tech employees to share their highly specialized skills and expertise within their local communities. As part of Technology’s Chief Operating Office, the Global Tech Philanthropy Technical Support Specialist will help the Technical Lead to execute on projects including notably Pro Bono engagement technical reviews and team support, management of tooling used within the team, and administration of the team’s Salesforce instance, including customization.

Skills Required:
· Experience: 3 to 5 years
· Proficiency in Python or equivalent language; experience with technologies such as Git, Cloud, React/Angular, Salesforce.
· Good communication skills, with the ability to synthesize, simply and explain complex problems to different types of audiences with varied technical skills.
· Passion for and/or experience in philanthropy and volunteerism, technology for social good, corporate social responsibility best practices, and the nonprofit community.
· Creative, resourceful, and capacity to grasp new technologies concepts quickly.
· Team player with experience collaborating with global, virtual teams.
Nice to have:
· Advanced experience with Salesforce, Salesforce administrator certification.
· Strong experience with GitHub and Google WorkSpace.
· Proficient in French.
