What you will do:
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, the Technical Support Specialist is responsible for assisting clients and dealers with technical support via email or phone, providing product information and pricing for system SKU builds. The Specialist will diagnose product issues and educate clients on correct usage. Clients may range from Sound Engineers to everyday users, requiring tailored support.
