What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  2. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones and computers
  5. Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on problem-solving

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  2. Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and computer navigation abilities
  5. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Technical support experience
  2. Eagerness to learn new technologies
  3. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
