About the Role
To expand its FTTH (Fiber to the Home) business on a global scale, EXFO is seeking a Technical Solution Specialist. Reporting to the Director of FTTH Market Development, this role involves supporting our global sales teams in presenting and promoting our process automation test solutions, addressing customers' pain points throughout the network lifecycle. Given EXFO's substantial and worldwide market presence in optical and protocol test instruments for the FTTH market, this role is pivotal to the company as it seeks to seize new opportunities in business process automation involving our portable and centralized / remote test equipment. We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in digital transformation initiatives for major enterprises, particularly those in the communication services sector. In this role, you will collaborate closely with account managers and technical salespeople to identify process automation opportunities. You will provide essential support to the overall solution selling process by liaising closely with product and solution managers.
