The opportunity
We currently have a career opportunity for Senior Managers in our Canadian Banking Technology consulting team. Our team is dedicated to building a better world by transforming businesses through the potential of our people, technology, and innovation.
We advise and work collaboratively with C-suite executives including CIO, CTO, and Business leads in large banks, helping them develop and evolve technologies, create and realize the best solutions to deliver business value. Each project is unique, so you’ll need to excel in ambiguous situations and confidently navigate ever-changing circumstances. We’re looking for self-starters who can decompose and translate complex information into simple terms, lead teams, and deliver long-term solutions with confidence. On this team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to imagine the future and create it, crafting ideas and implementing them for our clients.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you will lead and work with a team of professionals advising on technology strategies, providing strategic planning support, and designing and delivering technology transformations to achieve tangible business outcomes. You will oversee the delivery of customer engagements, build strong client relationships, and foster team development. This will include generating new business opportunities by developing innovative ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients.
