Responsibilities
- Overseeing the full SDLC of IT Recruiting with prior recruitment experience in major tech markets.
- Using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Developing compelling candidate presentations to showcase the match between sourced talent and client’s requirements.
- Achieving individual sales targets.
- Managing the candidate pipeline and submissions.
- Implementing recruitment best practices.
- Building or expanding the existing database of technical candidates.
- Sourcing & screening candidates.
- Completing the candidate skills matrix.
- Validating the candidate’s technical skill set.

- Demonstrated achievement in sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-find resources.
- Negotiation and sales/persuasion skills experience.
- Recruitment experience for a broad range of IT roles.
- Interest and ability to understand technology and keep abreast of trends.
- A minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Technology.
