Responsibilities:

• Utilize creative tactics to source, attract, and proactively network with candidates (consultants and FTEs) with the intent to develop long-term, strategic relationships.
• Interview candidates over the phone and in-person.
• Managing offer negotiations on behalf of your clients and candidates.
• Managing and continuously growing relationships with contractors.
• Lead generation and business development.

Qualifications and Experience (for those joining us with IT staffing/consulting experience):

• A positive, can-do & driven mindset.
• Experience in the IT staffing/consulting Industry where you've demonstrated consistent, solid results.

Qualifications and Experience (for those joining us without IT staffing/consulting experience):

• Positive, can-do, driven mindset.
• Experience in a sales-related role.
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent work experience (Business/Sales Degree preferred).
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent relationship builder, with the ability to see beyond the next deal (can see the big picture).
• Negotiation and sales/persuasion skills experience.
• Competitive Background and Self-Driven Individual.
• Experience in a Service Environment.
• Experience working within a collaborative environment.
