The Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Team within Bell is at the forefront of innovation. Our goal is to leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to provide the best service for our customers while accelerating our product roadmaps. The work we do is critical in ensuring that Bell remains the best telecommunications provider in Canada.
As the product team focused on Marketing and Service, we manage ML products that help serve our customers better with their experience and with inbound and outbound communication. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, activities will include product management of one or more of our AI/ML product lines, which will include product lifecycle management, use case development, business adoption, competitive benchmarking and analysis, and business planning activities.
The successful candidate will drive the product vision while ensuring a flawless customer experience. She/he will be a key interface between business facing and technical delivery teams, while maintaining concise updates for the executive team. This role requires leadership, maturity, strong analytical capabilities, solid business acumen and a deep-seated impulse to sweat the details of our products and projects – all to ensure amazing experiences for our customers.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
