About your next Challenge as a Technical Lead - System Engineering:
What will you do:
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation;
- Support development of test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports;
- Perform Reliability, Maintainability, Availability Analyses;
- Experience with selection/design of hardware for the control and monitoring of process plant instrumentation;
- Working knowledge of power supply technology, grounding architectures and isolation concepts;
- Experience translating customer requirements into hardware and software specifications;
- Experience setting up and performing EMC tests in accordance with our internal test procedures and applicable standards;
- Ability to analyze complex systems, breaking them down into components and understanding their interactions;
- Ability to rigorously test systems, identify issues, and implement solutions (troubleshooting subassemblies to the component level);
- Experience with DOORS requirements management software;
- Collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including engineers, developers, and stakeholders;
- Some proficiency in programming languages like Assembler, C, C++, for automation and testing.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor's level degree in Electrical Engineering;
- 3+ years project engineering experience or related work experience;
- Strong written and verbal communication (French and English).
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):
- Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2 / NATO Secret security clearance;
- Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
