CSDS - Canadian Sustainability Disclosure Standards
Duration: 2 years
Location: Halifax (must be able to work 2-3 days onsite)
Hours/week: 7.5 hour day
Mandatory Selection Criteria:
Previous experience working with the Government in Canada (ideally)
Experience in healthcare (ideally)
Experience in remote support of clients and devices
Experience in User Access Management in Active Directory
A diligent worker able to work fully independently; strong work ethic and excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external partners
Clear criminal record check (RCMP)
Degree or diploma in the Information Systems discipline
Able to provide 3 professional references from Canada
Core Duties:
Project: Automate manual processes, provide a better use of data to inform policy and program design.
Work at a service center providing remote Tier I / II IT support and user access; direct client interaction and customer support type services.
Assist with tasks required to address the additional workload.
User Support Services includes Service Desk support to provide remote support services via live phone calls, email, and our ticketing system for all things related to IT Support.
Support users with Desktop / Laptop / Mobile software and hardware, Printers, Scanners, and User Access Support to provision access to Active Directory and Clinical applications.
Provide remote support of clients and devices, facilities, and User Access Management in Active Directory.
Software installation and support.
Active Directory user account creation and administration - MS Exchange accounts.
