Key Responsibilities

Client Growth:

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and solutions that meet their needs.

Recruiting Manager:

  1. Lead recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent across various locations.
  2. Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  3. Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to identify top candidates.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in both sales growth and recruiting.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  3. Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
