Position Overview: The Team Sales, Recruiting and Growth Manager will play a key role in growing the company’s client base and sourcing top-tier talent to support business goals. You’ll work closely with leadership, using data-driven approaches to maximize client satisfaction and develop an effective recruitment strategy that aligns with the company’s culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Sales & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s sales base and improve customer relationships.
  2. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive high-quality service and solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Analyze client data and market trends to drive business development decisions and optimize growth strategies.
  1. Recruiting: Lead recruitment efforts to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent across various locations.
  2. Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  3. Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to identify top candidates.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in both sales growth and talent acquisition.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  3. Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote environment is preferred.
  4. Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  5. Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform client growth strategies and recruitment decisions.
