The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to our Associate Director, our new Team Manager, Account Manager for our G&E branch will lead and support a team of Account Managers dedicated to talent management. This role is crucial for ensuring Account Managers excel in their responsibilities, which include managing high-profile partnerships, developing sophisticated digital strategies, and fostering our talents' growth in both their careers and personal brand development.

As a Team Manager, you will provide ongoing guidance and training, promoting best practices in client management and cross-functional collaboration. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities, strategic insight, superior communication and organizational skills, and, most importantly, a profound understanding of the influencer landscape.

Scope of Work:
Team Management (70%)

  1. Conduct weekly team meetings to review project statuses and discuss strategic initiatives.
  2. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team performance.
  3. Manage quarterly and annual performance reviews, setting clear objectives and growth plans.
  4. Collaborate with People & Culture to address HR matters and maintain a positive work environment.
  5. Supervise your team’s engagement with talents, providing guidance and fostering positive collaborations throughout and beyond campaigns.
  6. Ensure your team builds and sustains strong relationships with brand representatives, aligning strategies with their marketing goals.
  7. Guide your team in applying social media insights and emerging trends to elevate content strategies and client campaigns.
  8. Encourage collaboration across departments, ensuring your team effectively partners with agents and talent services to enhance overall campaign success.
  9. Share knowledge and best practices with your team, fostering a continuous learning culture and maintaining a competitive edge.

Account Management (30%)
  1. Oversee and execute negotiated partnerships from start to finish, ensuring all contractual terms are met and project milestones are achieved as planned.
  2. Track performance by evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and present comprehensive reports at the end of each partnership, detailing successes, challenges, and key insights to inform future strategies.
  3. Actively participate in talents’ agency experience by engaging in their onboarding, quarterly planning, and other key activities.
  4. Manage inbound PR requests, handle interview requests, respond to mailers, and process event invitations.
  5. Contribute to outbound strategies, including talent sourcing, outreach, interview pitching, talent gifting, event responses, and new brand pitch calls.
  6. Attend on-site production days and talent events, providing on-site support to guarantee successful collaborations.

Profile:
  1. 4 to 6 years in influencer marketing, talent management, or PR, within an agency or in-house setup.
  2. Experience managing teams, providing guidance, motivation, and fostering a collaborative culture.
  3. Proven success in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  4. Managed high-budget influencer partnerships and built strong client relationships.
  5. Worked with cross-functional teams to create integrated digital strategies.
  6. Led influencer campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring strategic alignment.
  7. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and multitask.
  8. High organizational proficiency in managing tasks, timelines, and priorities.
  9. Solid understanding of influencer marketing and social media KPIs, metrics and industry benchmarks and adapting strategies accordingly.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred.
