Job Title: Planner Team Leader
Location: Stratford
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Sector: Social Housing Maintenance/ Damp and Mould, Roofing/ Scaffolding and Major works.

Planner Team Leader -

This is to run a small team of 4 people overseeing Damp and Mould, specialist works, Roofing and Scaffolding and legal disrepair.

The ideal candidate would have experience in managing a team and repairs and maintenance.

We are a leading social housing maintenance contractor seeking a motivated Repairs Planner to join our team in Stratford This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of Team Leader planning experience to contribute to our projects and help ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities of the Team LeaderRepairs Planner:

• Develop and update project schedules for maintenance works.




• Coordinate with teams and clients to ensure efficient resource use.




• Monitor progress and report on timelines, delays, and issues.




• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements of the Team Leader Repairs Planner:

• 1+ year of experience in a planning role (construction or maintenance ).




• Strong organizational and communication skills.




• Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office.




• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
