Your role as a Team Lead, Software Developer
As a Team Lead, Software Developer you will be at the forefront of shaping new developments for organizations who want to offer Dialogue’s services to their members. Reporting directly to the Director of Software Engineering for Client Stream, you will lead your team in designing and developing seamless, high-quality mobile and web experiences, working closely with Product Managers and User Experience Designers to bring intuitive solutions to life. Within the Client Stream team, you will drive the development of complex workflows that seamlessly integrate the Member application and the Care Platform, directly improving the quality of life for millions—from the moment they gain access to Dialogue until their health concerns are resolved.
Your leadership will foster a collaborative and high-performing team, where innovation, efficiency and engineering excellence are at the core. Working closely and proactively with all cross-functional teams, you will uphold high-quality standards, ensuring that development cycles are fast, efficient and reliable. In addition to leading your team, you will work with a multi-disciplinary group to develop new workflows for client organizations enhancing their members' experience. Your technical expertise will be essential in proposing, evaluating and ensuring that solutions are successfully implemented. While leadership is a crucial aspect of this role, you will also remain hands-on in the code, contributing directly to technical decisions, code quality and team success. You will help shape a strong engineering culture that values best practices, thorough code reviews and continuous improvement.
