Team Lead for Coffee Booth at Busy Farmers' Market: Saturdays year round

Experienced Team Lead/Barista for our busy Farmers' Market booth in Halifax.

Overseeing the market operation, ensuring customers are served efficiently and well. Providing guidance to staff when necessary and fostering a positive and supportive work environment while working alongside them as a Barista.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be knowledgeable about crafting espresso drinks and all things coffee related.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an energetic Team Lead with an awesome work ethic and positive attitude.
• Be resourceful and a 'can do' problem solver.
• Have basic coffee knowledge and be willing to learn more.
• Be trustworthy, reliable, upbeat, and an excellent communicator.
• Manage the busy flow of a Farmers' Market smoothly and calmly.
• Provide weekly market update reports and implement any necessary changes.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
