Our Talent Advisor is accountable for:

1. Managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
2. Executing programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
3. Actively informing Talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
4. Driving and executing process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
5. Maintaining operational efficiency and delivery of the highest quality services to meet customer needs.
6. Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
7. Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
8. Results-oriented, hardworking, and having strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
9. Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.

Seeking a minimum of 2 years of employee relations, supervisory, or onsite contingent employee management in a manufacturing/industrial environment required.
