About the Role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll oversee and spearhead recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives and employee relations under the guidance of our HR Director. From full-cycle recruitment to onboarding, campus outreach programs, and employee engagement strategies, you'll play a vital role in building our exceptional team and in delivering an exceptional employee experience.

What you will do:

1. Spearhead full cycle recruitment and candidate experience for all departments, which includes: sourcing, hiring, onboarding, offboarding and updating recruiting KPI's.
2. Handle employee relations and benefit administration.
3. Support workplace health and safety committee and their initiatives.
4. Help organize and run company-wide and department-level activities and events.
5. Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department and oversee some HR processes.
6. Assist with data entry and internal communications as needed.

What we're looking for:

1. 1-3 years experience in recruitment
2. Experience in manufacturing and packing industry considered highly desirable
3. Knowledge of hiring for engineering roles, an asset
4. Fluent in English and French
5. Strong MS Office 365 and HR-software skills
6. Outstanding organizational skills
