About You:
- Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced corporate/in-house recruitment role supporting multiple client groups and regions (Canada/US/Caribbean), within the Finance industry
- Proven experience in effectively managing a corporate recruitment portfolio of 20+ vacancies at one time with the ability to adapt to changes in vacancy volume and priorities to support the business
- Strong relationship building, influencing skills (essential), interpersonal and customer-service skills to establish relationship quickly and build credibility as a trusted Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Strong team focus and enjoy actively engaging regularly with your team
- Experience determining compensation recommendations, gathering market data, and negotiating offers
- Experience in successfully recruiting hard to find tech roles, an asset
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system desirable (i.e. Oracle Fusion)
- Knowledge of employment legislation impacting recruitment activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in managing expectations with both candidates and hiring managers
- Strong sense of urgency, highly self-driven and solution-oriented
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage own workload and meticulous attention to detail

Your Role:
- You will be a part of our Global Talent Acquisition team responsible for driving the attraction, sourcing and assessment of top talent for your assigned line of business groups for Citco Group of Companies for North America and Caribbean
- Own and drive the talent acquisition process for internal and external talent for various business groups within Citco
- Screen candidates against role specifications and organizational competencies to ensure the organization can identify and secure best-fit talent for open vacancies
- Plan interview and selection procedures to verbal offer ensuring appropriate, and effective candidate management at all times; using our Applicant Tracking System
- Consult with local HR and hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details
- Ensure recruitment activity is updated on a regular basis in applicant tracking system, reporting on hiring metrics, trends, successes and challenges
- Deliver against recruitment metrics/KPIs while not compromising quality of hire
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, business stakeholders and external vendors, when needed
- Proactively use social media to enhance our sourcing channels and promote Citco as an employer of choice
- Provide fair and equitable recruitment and selection practices to align to Citco’s values
- Contribute to the delivery of the new global talent acquisition strategy
- Participate in global talent acquisition related projects
