Location : Remote - must be based in Canada (ideally Toronto)

Schedule : Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm (flexible working hours)

Salary : high commission percentage based on performance

We work across multiple verticals with areas of expertise in Software Engineering, Sales / Customer Support, Engineering / Construction. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a seasoned, ambitious, and self-driven recruiter.

Description :

We’re looking for a seasoned Recruiter with at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within an agency setting, to join our team as an independent contractor. This is a remote position for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with minimal supervision, and has a proven track record of successfully recruiting across multiple industries. As a key part of our recruiting operations, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across a variety of roles and sectors, helping our clients build exceptional teams.

  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  2. Attend meetings to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  3. Source candidates using a mix of platforms, databases, job boards, referrals, etc.
  4. Conduct screening interviews and virtual meetings to assess candidates and ensure they fit the profile.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  6. Provide regular updates and insights internally.
  7. Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  8. Juggle multiple requisitions across diverse industries with speed and precision.

Qualifications :

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for candidates with agency recruiting background.
  2. Experience in the healthcare industry considered a strong asset.
  3. Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and industries.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  5. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
  6. Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  7. Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  8. Must be based in Canada (Toronto preferred).
