Introduction

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our client, a global leader in healthcare, based in Montreal. In this role, you'll play a key part in recruiting top-tier talent across software, tech, and engineering divisions. We're looking for a dynamic and resourceful recruiter who can quickly adapt to new technologies and hiring needs, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across multiple departments
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies
3. Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates in a timely manner
4. Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
5. Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to support process improvement and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, including 1–2 years focused on IT or technical roles
3. Bilingual (French and English)
4. Proven ability to work across multiple functions and manage competing priorities
5. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
6. Comfortable working onsite in Montreal 4 days per week (hybrid model)
