What you'll do

  1. Be a Trusted Advisor and Partner: Delve deep into the intricacies of TELUS Health, offering expert advice on talent strategies and crafting innovative recruitment approaches.
  2. Become an Expert in Your Field: Source top-tier candidates, drive seamless selection processes, and provide invaluable market insights.
  3. Champion Customer Experience: Ensure every hiring leader and candidate embarks on an exceptional hiring journey, leaving a lasting positive impression.
  4. Promote Our Culture: Cultivate and nurture relationships internally and externally, embodying our core values and culture.
  5. Educate and Influence: Lead the charge in ensuring that your client group fully embraces and adheres to the Talent Acquisition guidelines and processes, maintaining alignment with best practices.
  6. Navigate Ambiguity and Change: Embrace a continuously evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability towards change as you support and guide the business in building solutions to address talent and market challenges.
  7. Master Analytics: Harness the power of data to drive informed decisions, uphold hiring compliance, and propel continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

  1. Strong Collaboration and Negotiation Skills: Adept at influencing and negotiating effectively to drive impactful outcomes.
  2. Exceptional Problem-Solving: Identify and tackle challenges and opportunities with confidence and creativity.
  3. Stakeholder Influence: Showcase your ability to engage and influence your stakeholders, driving alignment and collaboration.
  4. Extensive Recruitment Experience: Bring 5+ years of recruitment expertise with diverse MP portfolios to the table.
  5. Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
  6. Bilingualism: Proficiency in English and French will be considered a valuable asset, enhancing your ability to engage with a diverse talent pool.
