As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Caseware, you'll be working alongside the Talent Acquisition team as you find and hire the best talent for the next chapter in Caseware's journey while delivering an amazing candidate experience.
You'll partner with the People Operations team and hiring managers across the organization. This role will also focus on operational excellence, supporting the People Operations team to do their best work and build the best team!
For this role we're looking for:
- Self-motivated team players who want to hustle, stand out, and leave a lasting impact on the team
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting top tech talent (candidates with an agency background, welcome!)
- Candidates who understand what it takes to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments that are highly reliant on team collaboration
- Solid understanding of the current trends in the North American job market(s)
- People who see challenges as opportunities and want their work to speak volumes
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity or without all the processes firmly in place (we love to innovate around here!)
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position.
Location:
This role is hybrid. You will be required to work from our Toronto office 3 days a week, located at 351 King Street East, Toronto, ON.
What you will be doing:
- Assist with recruitment-related reporting, managing systems and data, and coordinating various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers through to the candidate’s first day.
- Source candidates using various channels (obvious and not-so-obvious!) such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals and contribute to positive branding efforts.
- Ensure all candidates have a long-lasting positive experience when interviewing with Caseware.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure we maintain data-centric decisions.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, sales or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources (team of “one” applicants are welcome!).
- Knowledge of hiring regulations and compliance is a must!
- Experience in a global and/or SaaS product company, or agency supporting this profile of organizations is a plus.
- Proven passion for finding and hiring top talent!
- Experience with managing multiple roles at any given time and support ad hoc administrative tasks such as coordination of programs and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, internally and externally.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- A team player who loves collaborating, learning, and brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
