Systems Analyst - Senior

Position: System Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 252 Days Contract + Possible Extension

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Technical Experience - 50%:

1. Experience and actual deliverables with a Service-Oriented design related projects and complex multi-ministries integrated systems (must have)
2. Hands-on, extensive experience with Automation suites (creating, executing, analyzing and reporting the results) (must have)
3. Understanding of systems environments, business analysis and change management in projects or programs related to integrated multi-ministries’ government services (must have)
4. Knowledge and experience in preparing detailed analysis and recommendations to ensure compliance with appropriate public sector standards
5. Ability to create automated scripts to uncover issues that could impact developed front-end and integrated systems (must have)
6. Experience in preparing test data requirements (must have)
7. Experience producing test matrix and test result reports (must have)

Technical Experience - 25%:

1. Knowledge of theory and principles of systems design and development, programming concepts and languages, and related methods, techniques, practices and standards (must have)
2. In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Standards and AODA Compliancy levels (must have)
3. Knowledge and experience working with Wireframes, Use Cases, User Stories (must have)

Project Experience - 25%:

1. Experience with Driver, Vehicle and Digital Dealership registry in ServiceOntario portal (must have)
2. Experience with Canada Post module and Payment Gateways (must have)

Must Have Requirements:
