Sushi S Japanese Restaurant is looking for F/T Cooks.

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $24.00~$27/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:

1. Prepare complete meals and all our menu items
2. Keep kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
3. Provide training to other kitchen helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling food items
4. Assist in the recruiting and hiring process
5. Plan new menu items, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and purchase supplies
6. Order kitchen supplies and equipment when needed
7. Keep inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
