Survey Party Chief - Min 2 yr exp.

Rudy Mak Surveying Ltd. is based in beautiful Barrie, Ontario and we provide a wide range of innovative and comprehensive survey services to all of Central Ontario, Southwest Muskoka, and the GTA. We are currently looking for individuals that have some surveying knowledge to take on a role as a Survey Party Chief.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct boundary/topographic surveys and construction layout
2. Find sufficient survey evidence for boundary retracement
3. Plan and execute fieldwork efficiently and accurately
4. Perform field computations as needed
5. Keep clear and accurate field notes
6. Download/upload fieldwork and photos in a timely manner
7. Adhere to Health & Safety Regulations

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

1. Party Chief experience
2. Knowledge of data collection devices, survey equipment, and procedures
3. Be familiar with survey problems and have experience in all types and uses of equipment
4. Possess basic knowledge of survey regulations and standards
5. Excellent supervisory ability and time management skills
6. Communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

SCHEDULE

1. Monday to Friday

1. Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

1. Cadastral Survey: 2 years (required)
