Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To effectively manage the reception office i.e. answering telephone calls, accurately maintaining all daily logs.
Maintain all files in a neat and orderly fashion.
Participate as a member of a Case Management Team as requested by your team leader.
Facilitate resident re-integration by networking with other community-based agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Responsible and team-oriented individual who is also able to work independently.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) essential.
Post-Secondary Education in Corrections, Justice or Social Work and/or at least two years’ experience in corrections or related fields.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE UPON HIRING:
A clear reliability screening.
Participate in our online Armatus Abuse Training and Health and Safety training required upon hiring, as well as updated annually.
Valid Emergency First Aid and CPR.
Proof of relevant education/training.
HOURLY WAGE: $24.31/hour
