Supply Chain Planning Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead a high-performing team of planners, ensuring efficient production planning, optimized inventory management, and exceptional customer service. This role is based at our Milton, ON office and reports to the Supply Chain Planning Director.

Your future team:

You will become part of the Supply Chain Planning team and will be reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Director.

What You Will Do

1. Collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to implement strategies that drive operational efficiency and long-term growth.
2. Enhance planning capabilities by applying best practices and process improvements.
3. Develop inventory strategies to manage business volatility and scheduled shutdowns while tracking progress.
4. Align with factories to optimize production sequencing and campaign planning.
5. Establish and measure key performance metrics for the planning team.
6. Foster a high-performance culture, taking ownership of team outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
7. Implement new tools, processes, and best practices to enhance business performance.
8. Coach and develop supply chain professionals, ensuring strong talent growth.
9. Provide training to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

What You Will Bring

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, and inventory management in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
3. 3+ years of experience leading a team, with a proven ability to inspire high performance.
4. Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel (SAP experience preferred).
5. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage cross-functional teams.
6. A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive service and inventory optimization.
7. Problem-solving agility, balancing data-driven decision-making with practical execution.
8. A collaborative, customer-focused approach, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
