Job Title: Supply Chain Material Handler

Job Summary: We are expanding and hiring a full-time Supply Chain Material Handler for our warehouse, which operates Monday-Friday from 8:00 am -4:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Generate reports and complete ERP system transactions
  • Transfer materials between the warehouse and production facility
  • Anticipate production demands and solve potential issues
  • Support shipments and receipts by loading/unloading trucks and processing documents
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Valid forklift license required
  • Previous pharmaceutical experience, including GMP knowledge, is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and WHMIS certification is an asset.
  • Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, RF Scanners, and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Ability to multi-task and respond to changing demands.

Working Conditions:

  • Manual lifting is an essential task of the job.
  • Preparing pallets and transferring boxes and drums ranging from 20 lbs to 55 lbs is occasional.
  • Operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and walkies and using company vehicles is required.
  • Perform a variety of tasks with light physical exertion such as intermittent walking, standing, sitting, etc.
  • Regular visual concentration required for computer use.
