About The Role

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and managing the supply chain operations, ensuring the achievement of the company’s business objectives. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
2. Manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock.
3. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational goals.
4. Oversee and improve processes to automate and streamline supply chain operations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement in supply chain activities.
6. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high levels of performance and quality.
7. Identify and address potential risks in the supply chain and propose solutions to mitigate them.
8. Maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
2. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
3. Strong experience in coaching and developing teams.
4. Expertise in supply chain solutions, inventory management, and process automation.
5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
