Qualifications
Educational Requirements: University Degree / Diploma in field of supply chain related.
Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Required technical qualifications or membership to a professional order: Blue Belt certified preferred or agree to get certified within the role.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
- Knowledge or experience with J.D Edwards and PowerBI would be an asset.
Responsibilities
Special Projects:
- Participate and/or lead projects within Supply Chain.
- Apply best practices in Initiative Management.
- Provide data analysis and research for projects within Supply Chain.
- Provide sound recommendations based on data analysis.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure data integrity.
- Provide Change Management support for Supply Chain projects.
- Provide expertise in project management for Supply Chain projects.
- Support project leads for Process Improvement projects.
- Facilitate sessions as required when different groups are involved.
Process Management:
- Own the Process Management for Supply Chain.
- Manage the Supply Chain process architecture.
- Ensure that SC uses best practices in Process Management.
- Assess the process, identify gaps, implement solutions.
- Support departments on process standardization and optimization.
- Ensure process KPIs are reviewed and maintained.
- Maintain process flows in Procedure Flow.
- Monitor process documentation on the ICP SC SharePoint sites.
- Maintain a 3 year plan for Process Optimization.
- Support training and onboarding on Process Management.
- Report on process status to the Supply Chain Leadership Team.
Performance Management:
- Own the Performance Management process for Supply Chain.
- Work with HR to ensure that SC uses best practices in Performance Management.
- Ensure communication and awareness of the Performance process.
- Maintain and optimize the Supply Chain competency program.
- Support managers on the onboarding process.
- Monitor training and development process.
- Ensure there are documented records for training and development.
- Maintain a 3 year plan for Performance Optimization.
Daily Management:
- Own IPC OpEx support and reporting.
- Own the auditing process and dashboard.
- General maintenance and support of ICP SC SharePoint site.
- SC moxie board updates.
- General maintenance of the Procedure Flow platform for Supply Chain.
- Maintain a calendar of commitment.
- Manage project documentation: Charter, Gantts, etc.
BCP:
- Back up to the Sr Analyst for BCP communication and training.
- Support documentation control to maintain ISO certification.
