What you will do:
Lead the delivery of effective governance meetings and informative comprehensive reporting.
Work closely and collaboratively with various business unit, central function, and Safety & Reliability partners to collect and assemble reporting information.
Lead the timely delivery of insightful monthly Safety & Reliability Reports and other S&R reporting as required.
Lead support and stakeholder coordination for Safety & Reliability Short Term Incentive Program (STIP) process, methodology, and reporting.
Diligently following and maintaining all internal Governance Reporting processes and workflows.
Lead development of a multi-year prioritized plan for improvements to Safety & Reliability enterprise requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to drive effective and continually improving Safety & Reliability enterprise requirements under the Management System Structure, including effective management of change processes.
Who you are:
Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or other relevant area.
Minimum 7 years’ experience, 10+ years is preferred of meaningful experience in S&R areas or related fields.
Ability to develop and deliver high team performance that drives strong results.
Optimally communicate in written and oral forms highly technical information with a broad set of stakeholders across the organization – including senior leadership.
Effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple activities with deadlines.
Working Conditions:
Office based.
Under 5% travel.
