Qualifications

About You:

• You have a university degree in a relevant discipline and ideally 3+ years of experience in a financial services firm.
• 1+ years’ formal people management/leadership experience
• Critical thinker
• Strong sense of ownership
• Robust attributes on business processes
• Proficient at MS Office Suite and MS Outlook
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written
• Flexibility in your work schedule and adaptive to change
• Excellent team player

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Successfully manage the end-to-end RFP workflow by preparing responses and ensuring key deadlines are met.
• Liaise with internal subject matter experts for accurate responses regarding key processes to address RFP Questions.
• Prepare professional draft proposals, ensuring guidelines and submission requirements are met.
• Independently perform reviews of final output such as DDQs, ad-hoc requests, preliminary responses, etc.
• Provide oversight of investor due diligence workflow by reviewing written questionnaire responses, handling escalations from internal service teams as well as clients, and facilitating DDQ calls.
• Communicate with peers and subject matter experts for all team deliverables.
• Manage information database to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• Ensure items in team inboxes have been actioned accordingly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain adherence to all standard procedures and best practices.
• Develop a strong understanding of Citco business lines and associated product/service propositions.
• Contribute to team deliverables, initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
• Assist with identifying areas where processes can be optimized and raise them to your manager for further discussion.
