Responsibilities
- Define & implement a holistic media strategy encompassing all paid channels, with a digital-forward focus.
- Translate marketing and business goals to actionable media campaigns with a focus on overall lead acquisition and efficiency.
- Align with Marketing Strategy, Brand, and Product on high priority campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate and execute paid media strategies.
- Optimize across channels to ensure efficient spending.
- Analyze business and campaign results and report actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage the Media Budget and Media Plans for acquisition.
- Monitor competitive and technology landscapes for media trends and capabilities.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors.
Digital Media Operations
- Responsible for roadmap definition, administration, and operation of digital media platforms.
- Define marketing audiences and strategies within the paid media ecosystem.
- Perform QA of digital assets prior to launch.
- Develop testing/optimization strategy, process, and schedule.
Data & Analytics
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize media performance across acquisition channels.
- Monitor attribution and analytics, focusing on CPL, Reach, & Engagement.
- Support in the development of measurement strategies for digital media campaigns.
- Maintain regular reports and KPI dashboards for performance tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of digital planning experience at a media agency or marketing acquisition strategy role.
- Clear understanding of various media channels, focusing on digital channels.
- Experience in developing strategies for digital campaigns within multi-channel initiatives.
- Strong data analytics and strategy background.
- Hands-on experience in marketing project management.
- Reliable self-starter with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with digital media buying platforms and site analytics tools.
- Previous experience in financial services.
