Job Overview: Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for taking customer orders in person or over the phone, assisting the kitchen and dish room when needed, preparation of salads, and ensuring your area is fully stocked with all necessary condiments and supplies. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals and exceptional customer service.

Supervisor Duties:

• Using a POS system daily
• Cash handling
• Attending to customers
• Maintaining a friendly and inviting demeanor
• Maintaining a clean and stocked work area
• Collaborating with the kitchen/dish room team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
• Portioning
• Making daily salad pars
• Assisting in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a fast food restaurant environment is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to use a POS system is an asset.
