10. Determine staffing requirements
11. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
12. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
13. Oversee payroll administration
14. Conduct performance reviews
15. Supervise office and volunteer staff
16. Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase
