As a Head Fitness Coach, you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Partner with the Studio Manager and Regional Leadership to ensure the success of the studio
• Lead, manage and develop a dynamic team of fitness professionals
• Recruit, train, and educate new OTF coaches to ensure their success
• Handle member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to guide interested consumers, also known as intros, through their first Orangetheory workout
• Conduct fitness staff meetings and attend all relative, mandatory webinars, and other requested meetings
• Lead and motivate members through pre-designed workouts
• Understand the science behind our workouts, specifically heart-rate focused training programs, and be aware of what the competition is doing
