Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Relations: Generate new business through sales efforts, engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide accurate estimates, and develop positive customer relationships.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of technicians, setting performance goals, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality service.
- Production Oversight: Schedule and oversee daily project operations, manage resources, and ensure timely and quality service delivery to all clients.
- Quality Control: Conduct job site inspections to ensure all work meets company standards, maintaining customer satisfaction and company reputation.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Tackle unexpected challenges that arise, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Leadership Skills: Experience in leading or managing a team, or a strong desire to develop in this area.
- Sales Experience: Background in sales, customer service, or client relations is a plus.
- Organizational Ability: Strong organizational skills to handle scheduling, logistics, and team coordination.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication with both clients and team members.
